Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

For all returns please email sales@baobab.com.au with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund. (There is a flat $5 service charge for returns/exchanges, which includes all postage).

We regret that we cannot accept any returned items that incur import charges. To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, instead please use a registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.

Please note: Postage/ shipping and handling of products is not refundable.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as baobab cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.

Exceptions to Retunable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Faulty products
At baobab we pride ourself on quality control and we check all products to the best of our ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, baobab will replace it with a no charge for the extra postage and handling.

Packages Damaged in Transit

baobab takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note the following:

Deliveries within Australia: The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.

International deliveries: the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost/damaged. All international postage fees include insurance to the value of the purchase.
